The purpose of this role is to provide the Directors and Managers with support, including research generation and content production, supporting them to drive positive change on our areas of expertise e.g. Race, Gender equality and Wellbeing.
The main responsibilities and accountabilities are (but not limited to):
Undertaking some project management support of a wide range of internal and external projects. Tracking, monitoring and evaluating campaign data and engagement, including via Salesforce, and reporting back to relevant Campaign managers and wider team, Supporting the team with the delivery of events to ensure all events are scheduled well in advance and advertised to members.
The essential skills and experience for this role are:
An interest in and good understanding of social equality issues Knowledge of the needs of businesses when engaging with campaigns and initiatives Knowledge and some experience of research Excellent communication skills and ability to produce high quality written content.

The salary level for this role is £23,500 to £26,500 per annum depending on experience’.
